It is never good to confuse one woman with another, but Justin has an honest excuse.
The architect (played by "The Sopranos" John Ventimiglia) in Dara Bratt's short is keen on the finer details. He scribbles intricate designs and finds smaller words within larger ones. His personal associations are a bit more difficult due to face blindness, or prosopagnosia.
This is revealed to his new love interest (Piper Perabo) as a matter of fact explanation. She slowly pronounces the condition like many After School Specials, and he becomes aggravated at her display of ignorance. The audience learns a little something, but it feels heavy handed.
Bratt's film is nicely made, but a little too glossy. An interesting concept, but the relationship would be more believable if not so educational.
