"Saturday Night Newtown Sunday Morning Enmore"

Australia
3 OUT OF 4 STARS

When a girl wakes up on the wrong side of town in the bed of a stranger and with fuzzy memories of the path that led her there, she understandably bolts for the door.

But in Christopher Johnson's film, the stranger proposes an alternative to that instinctive reaction. Boy asks girl what sort of evening that morning should have followed, and they begin to play a seductive game of what-if.

Octavia Barron-Martin has a hint of sauciness as the reluctant hangover victim who is beginning to realize her circumstances are not so dismal. Christopher Baker is sweetly sexy as the boy that does not want to see her run away. Together they retrace their steps in a visualized more perfect world.
