Palm Springs Native American Film Fest

Heads up! March 14-18, the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum of Palm Springs will host its 6th Annual Native American Film Fest.

All weekend I have previewed films to be showcased, and will be posting my reviews following the printing of my articles for The Desert Sun. The films vary greatly in scope and delivery, but share one common thread: they have important stories to tell about the Native American experience in a country that has enforced limitations. The films are proof that boundaries are being broken.

All films to be screened at the lovely Camelot Theatre.

And don't miss the free Southern California Indian Storytelling Fest occurring that Saturday!
