What is fantastic about a short fest is the energy. Young directors or folks who've jumped careers are full of enthusiasm, wanting to tell everyone about their films. It's a buzzing environment.
And the PSIFSF is wonderful about encouraging that. The films are all screened in the beautiful Camelot Theatre, with workshops elsewhere. The films in 2007 were all quite varied in topic and style, and consistently good in quality.
A terrific fest, not to be missed.
