Coens dig up the Duke

The Coen Bros. like to mix up their dissection of modern culture with the grit of a good ol' western. Next on their slate of many (after A Serious Man with TV dudes Richard Kind & Adam Arkin, Hail Caesar supposedly with O Brother's Tim Blake Nelson, & Suburbicon -- according to IMDb) is a remake of True Grit.

Initially put on film in 1969 with John Wayne, the Coens are going back to the source with Charles Portis' novel. Hmm, the Dude dons chaps?
